hey guys not sure if it was this update but the extreamly loud bird chirping noise on cherno us plays on loop over and over all the time please check it out and fix it or just remove it thanks you guys are the bomb!

I actually had to verify my game through steam to get into the servers. I am not sure what the problem was but i was able to play on other servers with no issue. Just not CCG.

Looks as though CCG launcher v1.5.0 isn't auto-updating the exile mod. Have to manually verify the mod a couple of times to get it to update. {edit} My game did not need to be verified; ymmv.

maca134 fyi for some reason i can join eu cherno server but when i try and join the us 1 i get kicked this is happeneing to other people aswell but no one is in teamspeak to help

My subscriprion is bugged?

I subscribed about 2 or so and for the last 2 weeks I have not been able to use subscriber slots or change in game camos.  Also, my profile no longer says subscriber.  So I payed 10$ for 2 weeks of subscription. I went to the ts and an admin or moderator told me someone with higher power would have to remove me and re-add me to the list.  He also said that my steam ID was still on the list of subscribers, so I'm pretty lost.  If someone could like refund me my money or give me my other 2 weeks of subscription back that would be great.  Plz Help.

Firstly if anyone has any issues with their subscriptions after we tell you via support ticket that everything is working fine, you should contact us right away and not wait 2 weeks. We can not fix something we do not know is broke.

 

As for you haden, make a support ticket and outline the problems you are having. Be sure to put all your information in the ticket (i.e. in game name, 64bit id, ect. All the information we asked for when you put in your FIRST support ticket when you first signed up for a subscription). Once we have your info we can look into it and see what might be the problem and fix any issues you are having.
